International road shipments
INTERMAR CARGO SRL regularly transports goods to all EU and non-EU countries with an efficient and cost-effective international road service, using partial truckloads and full truck loads.
We offer a variety of services that are appreciated by our customers:

International road service (LTL), export and import shipments by truck:
The LTL (Less than Truck Load) export service, or groupage, is used when you need to ship goods that do not justify the use of a full truck load (FTL); it involves a partial truck load. We provide this service as follows: we collect the goods anywhere in Italy and deliver them to our terminals in Prato or Milan, where they are stowed into full trucks that arrive at the European terminal closest to the final destination. From there, the goods are loaded into vans that deliver them to the recipient.
We offer multiple weekly departures from our terminals to all European Union and non-EU countries (Norway, United Kingdom, and Switzerland) with delivery times ranging from 4 to 7 working days from collection.
We can also offer this service for import through our agents in main European cities.
International road shipments of luggage and packages with personal effects
For "mini-moves" when the owner of the goods wishes to ship only a few essential items (clothing, small furniture, appliances, etc.), we offer a very economical and punctual road service. Our representative collects the personal effects from the customer's home, providing for packing (if necessary), and delivers the goods to our warehouse; then we provide for palletization, labelling and then delivering it to our terminals in Prato or Milan. From there, we send the goods to the final recipient in Europe.
International full truck load (FTL) export and import
Our FTL (Full Truck Load) export and import service is requested when large quantities of goods need to be transported, justifying a full truck (with a bed length of 13.60 meters). In this case, we deliver the truck to the point of departure where the goods are located, whether in Italy or Europe. Once loading is complete, our designated driver will depart directly to the final recipient's delivery location.
International transport with dedicated vans
Through our European partners, we offer an efficient urgent transport service with dedicated vans equipped with tail lifts. For these shipments, the van only carries the goods entrusted to us by the customer, and there are no intermediate stops or transfers to other vehicles during the transport. That means the same van that picks up the goods at the departure point will arrive at the delivery point. For these shipments, the van's location can be monitored in real time.
